AITRACK / LEGAL INFORMATION
Cookie Policy
Aitrack cookies and preferences: necessary technologies, Google Analytics only with consent, and how to withdraw your choice.
Updated: 4 October 2026 · Version 1.01. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data items stored by the browser; localStorage stores preferences on your device. This policy covers this presentation website. Authentication and sessions on app.aitrack.it are handled separately.
2. Necessary preference
aitrack:cookie-consent:v1 — first-party localStorage. Stores notice version, analytics choice, decision date and expiry. Valid for 6 months, without advertising identifiers. It is necessary to respect your choice and does not require consent. Clearing browser data, using another device or a material notice change requires a new choice. If your browser prevents saving preferences, analytics stays blocked.
This website does not store platform login tokens, theme preferences or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical data for security and page delivery; see Cloudflare privacy.
3. Optional statistics: Google Analytics 4
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, with possible processing by Google LLC and other group entities. Purpose: understand page visits and website usage. Data: cookie identifiers, browser/device details, events and visited pages. Legal basis: consent.
_ga and _ga_375302L149 — first-party cookies created by Google Analytics. Our tag configures a maximum lifetime of 6 months, without automatic renewal on each visit. Cookie lifetime differs from Google server-side data retention, which depends on Analytics property settings. Contact info@aitrack.it for details of actual retention.
We do not load gtag.js or send Google pings before consent. After consent, basic consent mode applies with advertising use denied and Google Signals disabled. Analytics page URLs exclude query strings and fragments; do not put personal data in URL paths. See Google privacy and partner-site data use. International transfers require applicable GDPR Chapter V safeguards; contact the controller for details and safeguards.
4. Your choice and withdrawal
The banner offers Reject, Customise and Accept analytics with equal prominence. Analytics is initially off. Closing with X or Esc means rejection. Scrolling or continuing to browse does not express consent. The site remains accessible without analytics.
Use Manage cookies in the footer to reopen preferences, save a choice or withdraw consent. On withdrawal we disable Analytics, delete _ga cookies accessible on this domain and reload the page to remove previously loaded code. Withdrawal does not undo prior processing; contact the controller to request deletion of transmitted data. Choices apply to this browser and domain, not other Aitrack domains.
Your preference record stays on your device; this website does not send a centralised consent log. You may also clear cookies through browser settings.
5. Maps, links and external services
Home map images are local. The interactive coverage map loads OpenStreetMap tiles, sending your IP address and technical request data to the provider without requesting your GPS location. See OSMF privacy. Store and social links are ordinary links, not embedded tracking widgets. This website does not use hellomaily.
6. Controller, rights and updates
Controller: Nicola Tomassini — VAT 02887590418. Contact: info@aitrack.it. See the Privacy Policy for GDPR rights, recipients and your right to complain to a supervisory authority. We update this page when tools change; material changes to purposes require a new choice before optional tools are enabled.
