A CLOSER LOOK

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Ask about your setup
How often does the location update?

The update frequency depends on the GPS device configuration, connectivity and the latest data received.

Does a map position mean the device is online?

A reported position and a current connection are different signals. Check the latest update and status before interpreting activity.

Can I view previous journeys?

Yes. Route history provides a separate view of recorded positions and journey activity.
